Personal information is data that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information that we collect and maintain about people, including people located in the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. It describes the type of Personal Information we collect or receive, how we use, share and protect Personal Information, how we use cookies and similar technologies and your rights and choices. Applicability of this Privacy Statement
YogaRenew is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Privacy Policy applies to the YogaRenew mobile application (the “App”), the YogaRenew website(s) (www.yogarenew.com, www.yogarenewteachertraining.com, the “Website” or “Websites”), and other interactions with YogaRenew (e.g., product sales, customer service inquiries) (collectively all are referred to herein as the “Services”). This Privacy Policy governs the terms of YogaRenew’s data collection and usage and is incorporated into the YogaRenew Terms of Use. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy and constitutes your agreement to be bound by the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with the terms and practices set forth in this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use, do not access or use the Services. Further, by accessing the Services, you acknowledge and represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
Personal Information We Collect
Information you provide:
We collect or request personal information (“Personal Information”) from you when you:
- Create or manage an account;
- Register for courses, events, webinars or services;
- Subscribe to newsletters, event notices or information materials;
- Participate in surveys, contests or other promotional activities.
The types of Personal Information we may request will generally be apparent to you at the time you provide it, and may include:
- Name;
- Contact details (e.g., postal address, email address, telephone number);
- Online identifiers, including login credentials (e.g., username);
- Professional or employment-related information (e.g., job title)
- Identification data (e.g., photo); and
- Demographic information (e.g., age, sex, birthdate).
We also collect log file information which may include:
- Unique device identifier of your mobile device if you download the App or access or use the Services from your mobile device;
- IP (internet protocol) address you use to access the Services including the location of the IP address;
- The type of browser you use; and
- The dates and times you use our Services.
If you choose to participate in one of our online surveys, which we conduct to better understand the needs of our customers, we may request additional categories of Personal Information from you.
Information We Collect Automatically
In addition to Personal Information that you provide us, our web servers automatically collect certain internet and electronic network activity information. This includes the domain names of all visitors to the YogaRenew Website. We also use third party web analytics services which may collect information like your IP address, device type, device ID, and other technical information through the use of cookies and similar tracking technology. In the European Economic Area and other regions, some of this information may be considered Personal Information under applicable data protection laws.
Collecting this information enables us to better understand the visitors who utilize our Services, where they come from, and what content on our Services is of interest to them. From time to time, we may receive Personal Information about you from third party sources (including partners such as Teachable.com, resellers, distributors and other third parties that sell or service YogaRenew products or solutions), but only where these third parties are legally permitted or required to disclose your Personal Information to us. The types of information we may collect from third parties include contact details and delivery details. We use the information we receive from these third parties to provide the Services.
How We Use the Information
We will use the Personal Information we collect from you only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or for similarly compatible purposes, or for purposes that we explain to you at the time we collect your Personal Information.
In particular, we will use your information for our legitimate business and commercial purposes, including to:
- Provide the products, services or solutions you purchase, to carry out the terms of YogaRenew’s agreements with you and to manage our business relationship (e.g., processing and fulfilling orders and transactions);

- Perform accounting, auditing, billing reconciliation and collection and other internal business functions;
- Undertake internal research for technological development (including performing data analysis and processing, market and consumer research, customer satisfaction research, trend analysis, financial analysis);
- Undertake activities to verify and maintain the quality and safety of our Services;
- Detect security incidents and protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity (including protecting against fraud and other unlawful activity, claims and other liabilities; establishing, exercising and defending legal rights; to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations under applicable law; and maintaining the physical security of our premises and electronic security); and
- Operate and manage our Services and perform debugging to identify and repair errors; and
We may also use your information in an anonymized, de-identified, or aggregated manner that does not enable identification of any individual customer to evaluate and improve our offerings.

For the European Economic Area, our legal basis for collecting and using the Personal Information described above will depend on the Personal Information concerned and the specific purpose for which we collected or requested it.
However, we will normally collect Personal Information from you only where:

Data retention

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymise it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

International Transfers

Specifically, our website servers are located in the United States and our third-party service providers and affiliates operate around the world. This means that when we collect your Personal Information, we may process it in any of these countries.

Consent to Electronic Notice

Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from children we will take steps to remove that information from our systems.
California Privacy Rights
The following section pertains to the rights of individuals in California. Under certain circumstances, upon receipt of a request by a California consumer, we may be required to provide detailed information regarding how we share your Personal Information with third parties for direct marking purposes. California residents who would like to make such a request may submit a request to the contact information provided herein. When making such a request, you must state that you are a California resident, and provide a current California address. We are only required to respond to a customer request once during any calendar year. Please be aware that not all information shared is covered by California’s laws and only Personal Information that is both shared and covered will be included in our response.
The CCPA (California Consumer Protection Act) provides California consumers with additional rights regarding Personal Information. The categories of Personal Information we collect are generally described above but differ for individual consumers depending on the Services used by such consumers.

Right to Know. You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal data over the past 12 months. Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will disclose to you:
oThe categories of personal data we collected about you.
oThe categories of sources for the personal data we collected about you.
oYogaRenew’s business or commercial purpose for collecting personal data.
oThe categories of third parties with whom we share that personal data.
oIf we sold or disclosed your personal data for a business purpose, two separate lists disclosing:
§sales, identifying the personal data categories that each category of recipient purchased; and
§disclosures for a business purpose, identifying the personal data categories that each category of recipient obtained.
oThe specific pieces of personal data we collected about you (also called a data portability request).
Right to Access. You have the right to confirm whether we are processing personal data about you and to access the personal data we hold about you. Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will provide you with a copy of your data as required under the applicable data protection laws. We may provide this data to you through your user account with us, or via email to the email address you have provided with your request.
Right to Delete. Subject to certain exceptions, you have the right to request that we delete any of your personal data. Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will review your request to see if an exception allowing us to retain the information applies. We will delete or deidentify personal data not subject to one of these exceptions from our records and will direct our service providers to take similar action.
Right to Correct. Subject to certain exceptions, you have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal data that we have collected about you. Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will review your request, taking into account the nature of the Personal Information and the purposes of the processing of the Personal Information to see if we can correct the data. We may also request additional information showing that the information you want to correct is inaccurate.
Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your data privacy rights.

oOnly you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete related to your personal data.
oCertain data protection laws limit the ability to make a request to know to twice within a 12-month period and allow us to charge a reasonable fee for responding to numerous requests from the same user. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal data if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal data relates to you.
§Verification of your identity:
If we receive any request, we will use a two-step process for online requests where the California consumer must first, clearly submit the request and then second, separately confirm the request. We will use other appropriate measures to verify requests received by mail or telephone.
If submitting a request, a California consumer must provide sufficient information to identify the consumer, such as name, e-mail address, home or work address, or other such information that is on record with us so that we can match such information to the Personal Information that we maintain. Do not provide social security numbers, driver’s license numbers, account numbers, credit or debit card numbers, medical or health information with any request. If your request is unclear or submitted through means other than specified herein, we will provide the California consumer with specific directions on how to submit the request or remedy any deficiencies. If we cannot verify the identity of the requestor, we may deny the request.
oYou do not need to create an account with us to submit a request to know or delete. However, we do consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal data associated with that specific account.
oWe will only use personal data provided in the request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make it.
California Do Not Track Disclosure: Do Not Track is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. When a user turns on the Do Not Track signal, the browser sends a message to websites requesting them not to track the user.
