Your Instructor
Lisa is a yoga teacher, Ayurveda Wellness Coach, writer, and skydiver - passionate about bringing you back to balance and helping you remember who you are and why you're here. Inspired by Bhakti Yoga, fueled by Ayurveda, and moved by yoga, Lisa combines her education and experience to guide you back into your power and your purpose. She has 500+ hours of vinyasa yoga teacher training and has also completed immersions + trainings in Ayurveda, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Kids Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Prenatal Pilates, Essential Oils, and Sound Healing. Her credentials in Ayurveda include training from: The Sister Science, Boston Ayurveda School, and Ayurveda Living Institute. She is currently studying at Kripalu.
